Delivery of Accessories

Accessories are small, so we can ship them at a lower rate than full iPhones. Delivery times are:

• Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Free State: 2–3 business days
• Other provinces: 3–5 business days

If you are ordering an accessory together with an iPhone, both items ship in the same package and you only pay one delivery fee.

Warranty on Accessories

Genuine Apple accessories carry Apple's standard manufacturer warranty plus our own 30-day Smile iPhones warranty. If an accessory fails within that window due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. As with iPhones, the warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear.
